- Anthropic Claude (via AWS Bedrock): AI language models for generating personalized insights, greetings, email templates, and providing conversational assistance. When you use AI-powered features, your business data (such as product information, sales metrics, inventory levels, and user queries) is processed by Claude models (Claude 3 Haiku and Claude 3.5 Sonnet) through AWS Bedrock. - Google reCAPTCHA: Bot protection for our contact form. Google collects information about your device and interaction to prevent spam and abuse. See Google's Privacy Policy for how they process this data.
When you connect third-party marketplace integrations (such as e-commerce platforms), data may be shared with those platforms according to their respective terms and privacy policies. You control which integrations to enable.
All service providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for specified purposes.
