Prérequis

  1. Any StockCraft plan: Auto-sync is included on both Free and Plus
  2. Shopify Integration: Your Shopify store must be connected to StockCraft

Étapes à suivre pour activer

  1. Navigate to Settings → Integrations in your StockCraft dashboard
  2. Find the Shopify Integration section
  3. Locate the Auto-Sync toggle

Product Limits: Free-tier accounts can hold up to 50 products. Auto-sync respects this limit — if a sync would exceed it, the remaining products are skipped. Upgrade to Plus for unlimited products.

Affichage de l'historique de synchronisation

Une fois la synchronisation automatique activée, vous pouvez consulter votre historique de synchronisation dans les paramètres d'intégration de Shopify :

Aucun historique de synchronisation

Si vous n'avez encore effectué aucune synchronisation, vous verrez un message indiquant qu'aucun historique de synchronisation n'est disponible. Votre premier la synchronisation aura lieu dans les 24 heures suivant l'activation de la synchronisation automatique.

Synchronisation manuelle

Même lorsque la synchronisation automatique est activée, vous pouvez déclencher une synchronisation immédiate si nécessaire :

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations → Shopify Integration
  2. Click the "Sync Products Now" button
  3. Attendez que la synchronisation soit terminée (indiqué par un spinner de chargement)

Résolution des problèmes

Le bouton de synchronisation automatique est désactivé

Cause: You haven't connected your Shopify store yet.

Solution: Connect your Shopify store under Settings → Integrations, then the toggle will become available.

Échec de la synchronisation

Cause: Connection issues with Shopify or invalid credentials.

Solution: Check your Shopify connection settings and try a manual sync. Contact support if issues persist.

Produits non mis à jour

Cause: Products may not have changed since the last sync.

Solution: Auto-sync only updates products that have actually changed in Shopify. Check the sync history for details.

Détection de produits dupliqués

Cause: Internal data inconsistencies where multiple local products reference the same Shopify Product ID.

Solution: The sync process now automatically detects and handles these duplicates by synchronizing only the first match found. If you see warnings in your sync report or notice unexpected data updates, verify your product list for any duplicate entries and remove the redundant records.

Calendrier de synchronisation

Automatic syncs run daily at 2:00 AM UTC. This timing is chosen to minimize impact on your store's performance during peak hours.

Time Zone Note: All sync times are in UTC. Convert to your local time zone to know when syncs occur in your area.
