Synchronisieren Sie Ihren Produktkatalog automatisch mit Ihrem Shopify-Shop. Verfügbar im Plus Plan (5 USD/Monat).

Überblick

Shopify Auto-Sync synchronisiert automatisch deine Produktbibliothek (Produkte und Varianten) aus deinem Shopify-Shop täglich zu StockCraft. Dadurch wird sichergestellt, dass Ihr Produktkatalog ohne manuelles Eingreifen auf dem neuesten Stand bleibt.

Was wird synchronisiert

• Products: All product information including titles, descriptions, and pricing
• Variants: Product variants with their specific attributes and pricing
• Updates: Changes to existing products are automatically detected and updated

Was wird nicht synchronisiert

• Bestellungen (separat über Webhooks abgewickelt)
• Daten des Kunden
• Lagerbestände (verwaltet innerhalb von StockCraft)

Auto-Sync aktivieren

Voraussetzungen

1. Plus Plan Subscription: Upgrade to the Plus plan ($5/month) if you're on the free tier
2. Shopify Integration: Your Shopify store must be connected to StockCraft

Schritte zum Aktivieren

1. Navigate to Settings → Integrations in your StockCraft dashboard
2. Find the Shopify Integration section
3. Locate the Auto-Sync toggle
4. Klicken Sie auf den Schalter, um die automatische tägliche Synchronisation zu aktivieren
5. Ihre Produkte werden jetzt automatisch jeden Tag um 2:00 Uhr UTC synchronisiert

Synchronisierungsverlauf anzeigen

Sobald die automatische Synchronisierung aktiviert ist, kannst du deinen Synchronisierungsverlauf in den Shopify-Integrationseinstellungen einsehen:

• Last Sync: Shows when your products were last synchronized
• Products Added: Number of new products imported in the last sync
• Products Updated: Number of existing products that were updated
• Sync Status: Shows if a sync is currently in progress

Kein Synchronisierungsverlauf

Wenn Sie noch keine Synchronisierungen abgeschlossen haben, wird eine Meldung angezeigt, dass kein Synchronisierungsverlauf verfügbar ist. Deine erste Die Synchronisierung erfolgt innerhalb von 24 Stunden nach der Aktivierung der automatischen Synchronisierung.

Manuelles Synchronisieren

Selbst wenn die automatische Synchronisierung aktiviert ist, können Sie bei Bedarf eine sofortige Synchronisierung auslösen:

1. Go to Settings → Integrations → Shopify Integration
2. Click the "Sync Now" button
3. Warten Sie, bis die Synchronisierung abgeschlossen ist (angezeigt durch ein Ladespinner)
4. Sehen Sie sich die Ergebnisse im Abschnitt Synchronisierungsverlauf an

Upgrade vom kostenlosen Kontingent

Wenn Sie derzeit das kostenlose Kontingent nutzen und die automatische Synchronisierung aktivieren möchten:

1. Klicken Sie auf die Upgrade-Meldung neben dem deaktivierten Auto-Sync-Schalter
2. Sie werden zur Abonnementverwaltungsseite weitergeleitet
3. Choose the Plus plan ($5/month)
4. Schließen Sie den Zahlungsvorgang ab
5. Kehren Sie zu den Shopify-Integrationseinstellungen zurück
6. Der Auto-Sync-Schalter ist jetzt aktiviert und einsatzbereit

Problembehebung

Auto-Sync-Schalter ist deaktiviert

Cause: You're on the free tier or don't have Shopify credentials configured.

Solution: Upgrade to Plus plan and ensure your Shopify store is connected.

Synchronisation fehlgeschlagen

Cause: Connection issues with Shopify or invalid credentials.

Solution: Check your Shopify connection settings and try a manual sync. Contact support if issues persist.

Produkte werden nicht aktualisiert

Cause: Products may not have changed since the last sync.

Solution: Auto-sync only updates products that have actually changed in Shopify. Check the sync history for details.

Erkennung doppelter Produkte

Cause: Internal data inconsistencies where multiple local products reference the same Shopify Product ID.

Solution: The sync process now automatically detects and handles these duplicates by synchronizing only the first match found. If you see warnings in your sync report or notice unexpected data updates, verify your product list for any duplicate entries and remove the redundant records.

Zeitplan synchronisieren

Automatic syncs run daily at 2:00 AM UTC. This timing is chosen to minimize impact on your store's performance during peak hours.
